What is those weird comments on youtube?

There r many freaking weirds comments on youtube video? Like this youtube.com/watch?v=Qa4MCpZcmLc
Especially at cartoon video. I just dont understand where it from?. Any one can tell me and those video get so much views.
I wonder if thats the buying view with comments?

The views could have been bought by the user the comments as well.

Somebody could be testing a bot or their social exchange website on it.

Well, I checked popular videos that were uploaded recently and I don't see any of those comments there, so it's not a trend. My guess is that the person bought comments or used an exchange website considering how many empty and newly created accounts are creating those comments. Some of the accounts are even linked to each other (here's another similar video with a large number of dislikes and those comments. The owner commented on the video you linked to), so it must be an exchange website for people with pirated cartoon websites.

The comments i understand its the exchange comments from some sites but the views got so much. I guess maybe when buy views, they got attach with coments for getting rid of ban from youtube.
But is there other ways to get things like this beside buying view
