I think I understand.
This is your existence. It's everything and everything is it. It's a single point on a line we refer to as time. Some believe there are many parallel threads, but many others believe there is only one thread that infinitely splits off.
If you subscribe to the many parallel threads, then there are other sub beliefs. Some believe that where you are is where all of the threads intersect. Others believe that you are just 1 copy of you of many each running on their own thread.
This brings up more questions. Can we bridge threads? Who knows. If so, is there really resource scarcity, or is it just a limitation of the thread we're in and can we mine the other threads for their resources? Will their be inter-thread wars? No idea.
