You can problably use less data if you for example enable only API (if you use Jarvee) but I still wouldn't go with this provider, too expensive. Look in the market here on the forum, there are surely better choices

Then go for it if if you feel like spending 800$ in proxies per month for 10 accounts is worth it

Most probably they are similar to Rotating proxies, or some DSL line proxies.
What mean there is no limit to proxy count and every new connection will give You a new IP. What will be IPv4 anyway. Only thing is that You can not assign one proxy to one account and use it that way.

My comment didnt meant to do that, i just told where i got refered from and the thread point is to learn how many account these plans can hold.Then go for it if if you feel like spending 800$ in proxies per month for 10 accounts is worth it
Yes this was told by their support also when i contacted them but still cant go for it as it looks really expensive. Ill still remain at my ipv4 proxies

Well then those must be very good proxies and it is not very expensive if those are DSL lines as basically there is no way to tell that they are proxies at all. they are not hosted in some data center what everyone can see and track.
but I agree to farm instagram accounts with such proxies is not wise.
Although if you use bots then You could block images, block lots of tracking urls and then use those proxies so they do not eat lots of GB.
but I'm sure there are lots of other good proxies what is much cheaper and works fine for instagram.

They told me that one instagram account will spent about 300MB per 30days.
But im fine with those ipv4 proxies. I was trying to find residential proxies to create my accounts with bot.

That's the pricing table of a residential proxy provider.
Most IPs you will receive through a residential provider will be IPv4.
As you can see the pricing is based on data used. This is because you won't get a set-number of IPs (as when buying datacenter proxies), instead you get access to their whole proxy network. And as there are no dedicated IPs in a residential network, your IP will change on your every request (however, the provider might offer you the option to have sticky IPs - which do not change for a few minutes in a row).
So, in theory, you can manage as many accounts as you want because your IPs will always change, for as long as you do not use all the bandwidth of your proxy package.
But, as you will need to use proxies from a single city for each individual account, the real limit that you have is the number of threads the provider allows you to open on their proxy network for location-specific IPs.
