What is this pron spammer doing?

The site is xvideosex. site. Hope I am not snitching but they are hard to ignore. These guys are getting massive traffic and dominating keywords with very little backlinks. Not only that these guys have 100's of sites just like this one. I don't even see any ads maybe because I am on vpn.

These kind of porn sites were using adwords and normally they get more search volume for all their keywords. so got more traffic. it will automatically ranking with minimum number of backlinks
