I don't know what this is called, but I have started to see it as of late.

Anyone know how to get this, or how the big G figures this one out and what is it called?

i saw that too and it seems to me like the authority pages have got this extra pages down there, maybe i am wrong. Would be good to hear if someone knows this for sure
