Remember those fake girl accounts on dating sites that used to spam your email, skype and social profiles ? that`s ewhoring and those people don`t own a single dating website i`m sure.

I was in a Skype group where couple of guys did that (not ewhoring there but on Twitter) and they made over $100 day. They had $40 leads also so it works for sure, just takes time and then there is this whole moral dilemma stuff + it's not actually allowed to be discussed here.
