What is this method?

Hi everybody, first I'm not the native English speaker so I hope you understand my words.
I just watched a video and scroll to comment section and see a man shows his site http://dota2trade. pro (it's not mine).
with huge like and on top 1 but I don't know what is his method, how does he monetize with it? Do you guys did or tried it?

He is just pushing his comment on top by sending likes and votes on his comment.
There are some paid tools in the marketplace that can help you in achieving that easily.

After a lot of searching, I found the YouTube Comment Blaster which is a little pricey for me as I'm just starting up, plus I preffer software that I can own instead of a license for every so many months, but as it stands now that's all I can find so I will take the plunge once I can afford to. All the other YT comment bots I saw are out of date. Do you know of any other tool by name, besides YouTube Comment Blaster, which can like specific comments?

The software used is pretty expensive for me, geez.
