I don't know if there is a way or other program that does this idea. The idea is to create a lot of accounts that watch stories and posts, like and save accounts similar to mine. Then I like, save and watch my content, in order to increase the reach of the account and spread my account more reach. Does this method work here. What is the name of this method. Should I look for something dedicated to that.

Any tools u know

I haven't come across any tool for this task. You should create your own custom bot.
 
You are describing what SMM panels do. Just go to the marketplace section.

You didn't understand. I mean that 10 accounts interact with the post and stories. For a period of time until Instagram recognizes her as a fact and has behavior in the field of fashion. And then I interact for my personal account from the same accounts. So my account increases REACH

First reply under your first post is asking what kind of reach/how would it increase? What you're describing will give you a reach of +10 (your own 10 accounts). Can you explain more what you mean?

Only 10 accounts interacting with the main account is not enough. You need more. Why do you want to do it yourself when you can order from SMM panels and aged accounts. That's the most efficient way in my opinion.

I spent five minutes trying to decipher this and still have no idea what this method is. Correct me if I am wrong but what you're basically saying is that:

1. You have ten accounts that have been in the fashion niche for some time
2. They begin to interact with a brand new account in the fashion niche in order to make Instagram believe that this new account is also fashion-related
3. The interactions from the aged fashion accounts influence Instagram to start showing the content of the new account on the Explore page of those interested in fashion.

If so, I believe you are kind of summarizing what "power likes" are but that method hasn't been popular since like 2018-2019 and was more of a rumor rather than an actual working method. You are far better off investing your time and money into other methods for growth.

What method you suggest ?
 
Depending on account niche and your end goal I would consider other growth strategies.
 
SMM panels:
- Marketplace section
- Offer social media services
- Provide cheap rates
- Boost followers, likes, views
- Automate social media management

Maybe what you can do is create a group on instagram or some other social media where people do actions on each other's account, sort of like engagement group if you don't have smm panels availaible

In the end i think it will be better to grow it organically. It takes a lot of time but it's worth it
