Can you please tell me how to make these illustration? Like in which software?

Do You mean your attachment? If yes, I would suggest illustrator maybe. But that picture can be a little complicated I think because of in that case You need basic drawing skill (surely if you are not going to just add text to someone else's art, hehe)

I think you're asking about Prisma which is an app that first got popular for using pop-art filters like that.
But most other photo editing apps have these filters as well including PicsArt and a few others but the main one that had mass marketing behind this filter was Prisma
