I would like to ask you how this guy has so many comments under every picture?

I know him long time when he had like 5k followrs, he bought follorowers for sure, if you check people in the comments they have also so many comments on their pics, how they do that?

Is it some engagement group or?

I'm not going to check every of his photos for comments, but to make it easy for you, if he has comments from the same users on multiple photos and he comments back on their profile then it is an engagement group.

I checked, two thirds of the comments on every picture are his own, the rest probably engagement groups or from a panel.
