Hi,
I'm looking at a domain that's expiring. It's NOT my niche but I could very easily slip in a post that would blend seamlessly with my niche. Was thinking I could use this as part of my network. Please give me your suggestions for value for this domain.

Is Google indexed. Keywords anchors are 3% no higher, for their target market. No spammy stuff as far as I can see. Links seem fairly legit - a lot of blog posts from other related sites in the niche. It should be pretty easy to rebuild. I've already got the theme downloaded (from here ... thanks BHW).
What would you guys estimate the value of this?
