Logos are done with Illustrator, then design elements added with Photoshop. Check Youtube for tutorials.

I remeber many indian scammers selling those on freelancer.com.
Probably some free preset for photoshop/after effects.
 
They're just the logo and the pictures you've shown above are the mockups of the logo.
They let the clients know how would a big 3D logo look on a wall or on similar stuff.
 
These are called mockups, used to present and showcase your work. You can find tutorials of logo design on youtube.
 
use adobe illustrator/photoshop for creating logo (bunch of tutorials on YouTube and other platforms)
and then use adobe dimension to create these realistic 3d mockups, although on these it's just looks like some gold effect with photoshop with an abstract background
 
these are logos. generally they are done with adobe illustrator then for photoshop finishing you can find all the tutorials on youtube they are not that hard to do good luck :D
 
These logos are placed on mockups. Google for 3D mockup
 
My guess it just cahtches your eye because its done by a skilled designner, basically you don't want the logo to contrast with a black background or to look good only against a black background.

The work is high level tho, they all look good.
