Yeah seems like he is using different clips of popular war movies. He also decided to add different subtitles so it fits a broader audience.

Really depends on the content owners. When I remember correctly those were some foreign movies. So the studio that released it, might never find out or care enough. So yeah he might away with it. It's certainly nothing I would spend my time on, since it doesn't have a proper foundation to scale.

Very risky to use videos belonging to someone else. It can get deleted with just one report and all work will be wasted.
