I would recommend using google, "how do I prepop".. Most questions on these forums can be easily solved by a simple good search.. Good Luck!
sorry for confusion and thank you for everyone who responded, i know how to make the registartion form for email optin, but example how would you take the infomation the user sumbitted and show it on another page? Or what is that even called? I have been trying to figure this out all day and im not even sure what this is even called or search for?

Again, it's called "prepop" or "pre population" or "prepop form" or "prepopulate" Goodluck!

Then i wanted to make another page like maybe and display
Hi "name" , We sent a message to "email". We found some cheap deals for you at "zip code" area.
What im asking is how do i display the pre op on another page?
