What is this about?

This advertisement is showing up under an user without a premium membership. Also, the image is not clickable and I am not sure if its his signature... Any thoughts?

It's not their signature space. If you look at Barto's, there's a divider between his post and his sig.

I also checked out the post you took that screenshot of. It's an embedded image; the user is just telling Sherb that domain is available.

Yep. OP the post is just an image not a sig, it was a joke by the poster to @Sherb (I think)
