What is the world's fastest web hosting provider?

If you had an unlimited budget, and you needed a site to have the fastest possible time, what web host would you choose for your site? Would putting your site on a dedicated amazon server be the fastest option?

For fastest possible time anywhere in the world I'd put a ton of geographically dispersed AWS instances behind their elastic beanstalk load balancer stuff that smart redirects traffic based on geography. Server bank in VA, server bank in midwest, server bank in west coast, server bank in Europe, server bank in Japan, etc
 
Well I would definitely have my own servers available for use with the largest CDN network ever. A datacenter in every single town on the planet. Including every person will get 10,000,000gbps upload and download for free since ill pay for it with my unlimited amount of money.
 
If I had unlimited money I wouldn't spend it on hosting. I would get any host and use CloudFlare instead.
 
why you invest your money with one project you will invest money with different projects in my opinion...
 
Ipage is the worst hosting provider that i ever used. Most EIG owned companies are becoming worst day by day. Now i am using HawkHost
 
Depends on where you live. If you live in Paris and the datacenter of your webhost is in Paris, you would have the fastest speed possible. But when you live in Paris and your host is - let's say - in Texas, then you would have a higher response time.
If you target US users, make sure your host is located in the US even if you live in Europe so your US customers enjoy the highspeed regardless of how fast it is for yourself.

I found JustHost as having good speed.

Another thing that I am impressed with is I have never experienced downtime with them.
