What is the trick behind these DMs I get?

I have a large FB page and I constantly get what appear to be bot DMs that all say basically the following. I have even responded to a couple to ask what the deal is but don't hear back. What is the end goal for the people sending these.

"We are collecting traffic to run our new projects as well as drive online traffic to different websites. You have to post 4 articles on your page and you will be paid $1500 to $2250 per week.
Let me know if you are interested and want to try us for a week. After that we can have agreements of 1-3-6 months.
We will Never ask you for any kind of admin rights and first payment will be made in advance! Thanks"

It's a well known scam that sadly a lot of page owners are still falling for.

Basically what they do is get you to approve them as an advertising partner or something like that so they can run their ads on your page. But they use a loophole to remove you as the admin. Pretty shady

Thanks I knew it wasn't legit but was just more interested in what was going on as they made it seem like purely a link posting thing with no access given. I guess I never got to that point of the scam.
