What is the tool that posts to these sites?

They are non wordpress comments, lots on celeb sites etc. Usually require registration.. I want to know which tool automates it b/c I see it more and more.. is it seo link pro? I know it's not uwcs, senuke, bmd, ss but I don't know what it is.
