Does anybody know how the tiktok algo works or what benefits it? I understand one of the alogos is that of you make a new account from a new rooted iphone it boosts the tiktok account?

Hi there!

What exactly do you want to know? Organic/Ad - related algo?

I'm working at TikTok so I can help you a bit

based on my experience i believe that they manually push idiots to go viral so other users be like..hell yeah if that idiot did it why can't it?
here are a few other things i noticed:
-the algorithm will send you 200 to 600 views to see how viewers engage with your content and the same thing happens exponentially.
-the first 3 seconds are the most important part of the video.
-buying views from smm panels will shadowban your video.
-hashtags are very important for the algorithm to understand your content
-getting viewers to click on your profile and watch other videos will help you even more and you can do that by splitting a single video into multiple parts and linking the next part in comments.
-replying to each comment also helps
-tiktok works pretty well if you want to grow your IG, onlyfans accounts.

Both to be honest! I’m thinking of buying tiktok ads to boost personal brand awareness (in feed ads only) would you say they are worth it? or is the organic algo enough and is there any tips you would recommend?

Well, definitely worth it atm, especially if you compare it to other channels. CPM is just way lower, and as you want to go for upper funnel opt. like video views/reach stuff, that's where TikTok is the best.
So for that, it can be worth it definitely.

In terms of tips: Be careful with the creatives! You have to create native vids for TikTok. Simply copy-paste from other channels won't cut it. TikTok is a unique platform in that sense, so create for the platform specifically. Go for an energetic, interesting, fun/informational one.Length-wise aim for 15-25secs.The first 3 secs are the most important ones, that's where you need to catch attention.

Be careful with hashtags. Only use super relevant ones. Hashtags are not working the same way as on Instagram.

Quite. And similarly, you have an option to boost a post through your ads manager, that's called: Spark Ads.
Also is it true tiktok boosts you if your a fresh account ?

I see that viewers are late after posting my video, is it because of the keywords or the music on the video or both?

Have been growing a TikTok account for 2 months.

In my experience, the videos that do really good have the most shares. Not rocket science, but make sure to make content that people would want to share with friends for any reason.

Also, in my experience, if a video is going viral and you think you want to pin it to the top of your page, wait. Twice I had a video become my newest highest view video and got overly excited, pinned it, then almost immediately saw a major decrease in activity on the video and my whole page.

I also saw some people claim that TikTok really dislikes when people delete videos, cant really confirm that or anything but it is something I saw before.

I want to run ads for dropshipping on TikTok via reuploading content already on TikTok. I heard that TikTok uses pixel percentage match technology to tell if the video is stolen. Do you know if it's possible to bypass this system by editing? For example zooming, mirroring, maybe some filters, changing resolution, deleting the sound and adding a new one, changing metadata...etc.

Thanks in advance.
