what is the technical term for this type of stores?

So i have come across these type of websites, where it allows you to sign up with them through paid membership and then generate a Custom URL for your own store within them, where you can customize the look of it on your own.

Like a CMS for stores or something. I need to find out more information about it but don't know what search term to use on google to get to the right data i need.

Something like a white label, but I want to learn more about creating one, not using it as an end-user.

best I could come with was a WordPress Multi-site multi-store? where i admin the multi-site and paying members create an account which enables them of creating and customizing their individual store attached to the multi-site.. Yup now am confused
