I was recently informed by a mod that bumping old threads is against the rules.

What exactly classifies as an old thread?

I often find BHW threads from 2013 and before in Google search results, so I'm often tempted to update them with current info.

If you're bumping it and it's a topic that is still relevant and you're adding value to it... go for it.

If you're bumping a thread about a guy looking for a writer from 2012, you're an idiot.

    Use common sense.
