Honedtly I haven't found any such comprehensive plugin for SEO that covers these many features. So the best option for you is to use performs plugin and add packages in your website. Later you can email the customer the list of links that they purchased. This is a manual work, but unless you get a custom plugin to do this for you, this is the most feasible solution.
