What is the right method to start in cpa affiliate programs?

Hello friends
First I'm so happy to finally know this forum I searched a lot before about cpa as it consider the easy way to make money online...
How can I start with easy steps ? I watched some videos before and they all talk about many programs and nothing about marketing this sites..
Some people say this this is consider secrets and you must learn by your self OK I agree with with that but some times you get lost
I need some basics.. Real basics and I know I will find it here

There are many threads here in different sections, most of them in this sub forum itself, that you can take ideas from. Read around, or do as Hacko said above
