The most secure is the PGP encrypted email. I am not sure how you can get it.

If everything is legal, e-mail accounts specific to businesses on Google Business are the best.

Absolutely not protonmail. Maybe once It was favorable email provider because of their security and good policies, but now it seems that they becoming conventional overpriced crap that starts randomly suspending people accounts. It will work fine but out of nowhere they will suspend your account without any explanation. If your emails are completely encrypted it would not be possible for them to what you send-receive.
