Some gambling affiliate offers can be really lucrative. Especially the ones that offer rev share on losses or theoretical losses (wagers).
Are you joking? Razor thin commissions on Amazon. Only thing they have going for themselves is brand recognition.

It depends on the context. The most profitable will be Good targeting + good and reliable products.
Be aware of what gets suggested to you here. You gotta make sure people actually get paid by these programs. Plenty of times i've seen programs that tend not to pay being promoted here. It's also pretty easy for any network to come up with some BS to not to pay you. So you gotta research its reputation very carefully.
I truly dislike selling other people's products because you're always at mercy of their honesty. Nothing tops having your own product.

It's hard to know if they shaving though especially the products from the marketplace like Clickbank and warrior+. Although I don't think they are shaving.
