Mine has been I am a survivor. If all there is to eat in the cabinet is a can of beans I will eat half of them today and eat the other half tomorrow. And a lot that has helped me with that is mediation.

Alone is not strength, together is strong. Make connections and friends. That is the most important thing I learnt in life.

Stop wasting time on things that will not help your life in the long term.

Educate yourself as much as possible.

Never brag about anything to anyone.

Take care of your health

Do not expect anything from anyone

Attention to detail is very important in life.

If someone tries to start an argument, just ignore them.

Don’t offer if no one asked or ask if no one told.

Research and read from alot of sources, then connect the dots. Don’t be lazy and expect to be spoon feed because it doesn't exist.

I’ve learnt that i’ve done pretty good only putting 10% effort into stuff

Last minute studying, 1hr of ‘work’ making me money still to this day.

Imagine I put 100% effort into something… but i never do.

One of the most valuable lessons I've learned about myself is OVERCOMING MY PERSONAL COWARDICE when it comes to facing CERTAIN challenges head-on.

It is not easy to admit this because MY PRIDE takes a hit when I acknowledge this PERSONAL WEAKNESS.

There's a part of me that always prefers the QUICK, EASY, and CONVENIENT over the hard, confusing, annoying, but NECESSARY.

The big problem?

The more I give in to this part of my personality, the stronger it becomes.

When I give an inch, it takes a mile.

PERSONAL COMPLACENCY works that way.

How did I beat this problem?

I look for the HARDEST THING I can do on my daily TO DO LIST and hit it with EVERYTHING I'VE GOT

Once I knock it out, the rest of the day is GRAVY.

I also found out that REFUSING to obsess or worry about the HARDEST PART of my tasks for the day, gives me FRESH and RAW WILLPOWER to crush it.

I only ROB myself of the MENTAL POWER I need to take out big problems when I worry about them ahead of time.

This doesn't mean I don't prepare for them but there's a BIG DIFFERENCE between PREPARATION and WORRYING.

By CRUSHING the hard tasks first, I developed DISCIPLINE and this has made more UNSTOPPABLE and more confident in myself.

REAL Confidence is built on COMPETENCE.

We may not be able to control what LIFE gives us, but we control 100% OF THE EFFORT

Overcoming FEAR and PLOWING INTO THE HARD STUFF DAY TO DAY gives us the DISCIPLINE to become UNSTOPPABLE

I've learned I don't like working on things I'm not interested in. I tried a certain career path for a long time, but it wasn't for me. The closer I got to the job, the less I wanted it.

When I started doing what I liked, I was happier and did better. Chasing dreams doesn't always make you happy. I want to be happy in the long run. I like doing work I enjoy,

buying good stuff, and spending time with my family. I don't care about being famous or remembered if it makes me sad. I think many people might feel the same.

I'd rather be happy in a simple life than be unhappy in a busy one.

I think growing up, many of us dream about the great things we will do, I was one of the people who had a harder time accepting that most people dont end up doing
great things. I had to accept that what really mattered was being happy, and not my selfish desire to have some sort of mark on the world.

Like, you might have wanted to be a doctor, part for the money, part to help people, part to make people proud. When you realize you can do all those things with

quicker efficiency in other ways, it hurts your motivation to the goal, but your own pride of wanting the title can only keep you going so far.
