I used to refer to the G tool, but now that it's not as informational as it was, I'm looking for a new tool that can do traffic estimates and volume estimates.

I am looking for one that gives world search volume, like this:

keyword: Miami Real Estate (1,000 searches for example)

then....spitting out more close keywords like...

    miami beach real estate (500)
miami real estate for sale (250)

If this is in the wrong forum, I sincerely apologize in advance.

Do you own that or something? It's not a free keyword tool.
