I have a list of contacts in salesforce, and want to send them an email using only basic HTML (formatted to look like an email sent from Gmail not a newsletter)
I want to have complete control over the design of the email, and dont want the platform to add on a footer at the bottom. (Mail Chimp & Vertical Response do this.)
I have been using Campaign Monitor to do this, However they dont like that im sending B2B emails.
I have no need to form a mailing list for a weekly newsletter.
