I have a doubt in my mind. How does engineers log on to admin panel?

Google[d-o-t]kom/admin - 404 Error

Google[d-o-t]Kom/wp-admin - Google says "Are you kidding me?"

How can I see their log in screen?

Why would you need to know? You'll be told that if you get accepted as their engineer. Otherwise, you'd be going where you're not allowed to go. So - why?

please also try google.com:2082 may be you hack into their server
