This is when your keyword density in the article is more than it has to be. I'm looking for 3-4% density in my articles.

Google is smarter than you think. Even a keyword density as low as 1% can outrank anything if you have a quality site as long as the rest your on page isn't over optimized, and your link building is up to par.

Keyword spamming also known as keyword stuffing is when you have too many irrelevant keywords on a page or when a keyword is mention too many times in content than it should be.

Keyword density shouldn't be more than 2 or 3%.

Keyword spamming is using the keywords in the article many number of the times which results in keyword stuffing/spamming.Instead one can use LSI keywords to reduce the keyword spamming.

It's an excessive use of targeted keyword in an article which often times doesn't make sense when read. It's best to keep your article have 1 targeted keywords in every 200 words. Please note also that nowadays, number of relevant keywords are also calculated. So you may not want to do "Keyword Stuffing", that is posting too many relevant keywords.

simply its increasing the density of keyword in the article or in your page. Its very harmful to your site. your can be banned at any time for doing this.
