What is the Google Hummingbird Update?

    im newbie here, need some advice from a lot of current blackhat method regarding this Google Hummingbird Update.

    Really wondering either will effected or not.

    how does this effect our current websites and traffic?

    thanks for your sharing Aty.

    just reading this part really make me scaring

    But I did lose traffic!


    Perhaps it was due to Hummingbird, but Google stressed that it could also be due to some of the other parts of its algorithm, which are always being changed, tweaked or improved. There's no way to know.

    May anybody has their own method solution?

    Actually google updates their algorithm in certain interval of time. and this update is done to ban spammers. each and every time google names their updates,, like - panda, penguin and now came the humming bird. even though the impact of humming bird is not fully realized, they are in active. some says this update if focused on keywords and this opinion varies between experts. all you need to do to escape from this update is - prefer white hat seo,, good contents with quality links and regular updates will guide you in a better way

    Hummingbird is misinterpreted by the majority of "experts".

    In reality Hummingbird was targeted to improve Google Voice Search thingy on Android. When you say "OK, Google. Where can I find some shit around?" and they presumably tell you where the shit is.

    It really improved after the update what I cannot say about evershitty desktop search results.
