I've used Xrumer and Scrapebox, and there's not a lot in it.

On 100+ threads and a fast connection and CPU with a decent amount of RAM you are looking at well over 25,000 per hour on either. (timeout settings can screw this, I set mine low - but default will mean this all takes longer as slow sites will balls this up)

I have got Xrumer to stack a list of 640,000 in under 20 hours and scrapebox did a list of 320,000 is about 12 hours - so very little in it for my money - Xrumer just has the edge, but not so much that I worry. As long as my tasks are finished by the time I'm sat at my desk with my first coffee at 8:20am in the morning - I'm a happy camper.
