If you're wondering which ranks the fastest - have you considered a blogspot or wordpress sub domain?
Those rank fastest in Google's eyes. You can blast links all day long, and they can outrank normal domains.
Videos used to rank really well, as Google values their own video property site Youtube over other guys.
You can always do a blogspot or wordpress, and then detect if it's a visitor and non google and have it redirect
