I think it's Earnings Per Click.

Yeah it means earning per click. For example say you have a CPA offer that pays out $1.00 per conversion. If 1 person out of 10 people who clicked on your offer converted, your EPC for that offer would be $0.10.

Yup, typically this means earnings per click. It is applicable to different sections of internet marketing, typically CPA (cost per action marketing) which is explained in the response above and google adsense where you'd get paid some money when people clicked on your ads. The amount you earn is your earnings per click.
