A VPN and proxy server both mask your IP address. But a VPN will also encrypt
the data you send and receive, something that a proxy server doesn't do.
If you are already using a VPN, then, connecting to a website or app through
a proxy server would be an unnecessary step.

Does vpn give millions of ip aaddresses and gives new ip on each new thread too
 
From my experience VPN services providers are extremely limited in number of IPs they are offering. So only service that can give you millions of IPs is mobile proxy
 
Proxy rotation is better for your project because you want IP refresh every 5 - 10 minutes.
To implement the VPN rotation is very difficult.
As a senior full stack developer, I have already built the proxy rotation with Laravel.
You need proxy table that already defined.

With a VPN, all data transmitted over the connection is encrypted, which ensures better security but I think Choose the right proxy for your work.

I don't have bot.
I used the proxy rotation when I built the project. Because the project have to bring the data with random proxy.
But if you want, I can build the bot for you.
