I am really confused on what to purchase.

I would like to change my ip and browse the internet online anonymous but not with an ip that has been saturated
before so I was searching online for VPN and proxy.

Can someone explain more in depth please what they are, what the differences are, which one is better to use and to buy
in order to have a new ip. Note I need a service that when I browse online, the site totally believes that I am browsing through
the location that the ip is.

    Thanks for the help :)

Thank you. VPN services are used by millions, and I much prefer an IP that is unique to be used. What is the best thing to have? Is there any other solutions to this rather than these two?

I assume you need IP which has not been used for certain tasks. You either should buy yourself dedicated proxies from proxy supplier - should ask the supplier about fresh IP or setup yourself one on VPS with windows (a bit more pricey) or on Linux if you know how to handle things.
