What is the deal with "Coupons"

I am interested in getting my foray into PPC, I know there are heavily discounted coupons for PPC, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Sign Up for Google Adwords account add payment method and wait for 2-3 Days and you will find a coupon landed to your mailbox from google.
if you dont want to wait then you can easily buy it for a dollar or 5 from few coupon sellers,if you need one i can give it away to you i have got few in spares that i can never use as they are initial spending coupons.
