Not sure what you mean by currently trending as most projects (new ones) are building during the bear market and not advertising.
Check out Proton $XPR (do not confuse it with $XRP) as they have a relatively strong team and fundamentals, they should also release their own DEX this month so there will be pumps to catch.

Just to note that what's happening with FTX could happen to Tether as well. Important to know that USDT isn't 100% backed by dollars. It has collateral in BTC and other assets.

Now is not the wisest option.
Nothing is stable atm and in my opinion the price will sink even more, more specifically below 12k.

It's currently under several shitcoins. When everyone understands what Avalanche can do, it's gonna be yuuge.
