I would like to purchase a website that ranks for searches and such (do not know all the terms) on the first page of search engines, for my business, I do not know anything about web design, seo or any of the other things that are discussed, but when they type in what i do I want to be first on the list, how do i go about getting this done, and what is the cost! Thanks in advance, if this is the wrong place to post this let me know where I need too.

I don't know much about this but that's what I guess it should look like

1. - Get a web host (Google it)
2. - Get a domain name (Purchased with the web host or separated, Google)
3. - Upload a script on your purchased web host and use a good looking design, "beauty is in simplicity" (I would suggest Wordpress, Google it)
4. - Choose a niche/topic/category (Usually that's step 1 but anyways..)
5. - Fill up your website with quality content posts/entries/images depending on your niche and land page.
6. - Choose a SEO service (There are many in the Market Place section, choose wisely)

Pricing depends on the services you bought ( Host + Domain + Templates if any + SEO Service + ... )

I would like to purchase a turn key operation, I already have a business, I just want it to sell to a larger portion of the USA.

OK let me clarify, I have a real business, that does a service, I want more people to call me for quotes and work, I have no website or anything, I need everything done for me. I am old but I can see the way the wind blows, internet is the way to go (young customer base)

You should post in the "hire a freelancer" section.
Cost will strongly depend on your requirements.
Talk to several developers and choose the best option.

There are definitely people here who can do what you are looking for, but without more details, it's impossible to know what the cost of such a thing is. If you provide therapeutic massages for hamsters, it's going to be a lot easier to rank than if you provide payday loans.

Oh sorry I thought I said what I do, I make car replicas. I just turn less expensive cars into more expensive cars.
