What is the correct way to submit sites for SNS?

Out of interest, would it be:

Title: Keyword (should I mention anything else in here like a ""keyword" online shop - best prices here"
"Description: 'Mention of keyword" + usual description for engines e.g ""buy "keyword" here, we stock all ranges and sizes ready to be dispatched asap...etc"
Keywords: "keyword", buy "keyword", cheap "keyword"

Or something else?

It seems correct and make sure on your main page the keyword(s) is mentioned a few times!
and you should be nicely and ready
