What is the correct follow and Unfollows Method

How many people should I follow per day for a couple of months account
How many people should I also follow as few years around old around 1 year old account

I have been doing 75 per day and it seems I am starting to have problems. Most of my account is now limited for the next 3 days [ Cant follow according to Twitter ]

It can be also how often you do it, if you follow 75 people in 5 minutes it's a red flag, spread over 8 hours daytime in whatever time zone your account is then less of a red flag. The more 'human' it looks the better.

There could also be many other potential issues: IP address, quality of accounts etc etc

lower your thresh hold follow rate, seems easy enough

For a new account of a few months, it's best to start with 50 per day, then gradually increase as your engagement levels grow.

Work progressively. Don't do it everyday. Don't do the same numbers every time. Maybe today do 70, tomorrow do 10, etc. Maybe spend 2 days without following. Then follow 30, then maybe 80.

Don't be so robotic with the number.

Take it easy and later you can ramp it up once your account has built enough trust.
