Oxylabs is total $hit ....I wouldn't recommend you to cheap out on proxy. Soax and Oxylabs are good choices.
I order a pack of 10 ISP proxies of Oxylabs and he give me a series IP of xxx.101 to xxx.110, wtfOxylabs is total $hit ....
Have tested right now some ISP proxys and USA IP have DNS from Germany.... total disaster with them.
