What is the buzz about Litespeed?

Which one Is better ? Litespeed Vs Nginx ?

Yesterday, I have installed Nginx on a 1 core CPU, 1.5 GB Ram Ubuntu 20.4 Server and it performed quite unexpected (Very Well)
Tonight I upped server resources to 2 Core CPU, 4GB Ram Ubuntu 20.4 Server, and I installed Litespeed, Because it seems it has a large following and everywhere you read, it would seem the better option, But upon testing the server again, It underperformed my less resources Server from last night!

I am currently installing Nginx On this upgraded server and will post results.

The theme and every other customization was the same on my tests.

I'm currently using litespeed and it's very fast. Never used Nginx though

I read the title as : "what is buzz litespeed" and I was saying to myself what's a chinese Buzz Lightyear doing in this forum?

Both are great.

The only BIG but BIG PRO of LiteSpeed is the COMPATIBILITY of .htaccess of Apache, that is a TOP NOTCH. They win Nginx in that.

Both are great. Nginx for me is the best because of you can do your own custom configuration.

There might be things i don't know about server setup, compatibility and so on ...

but for simple installations/Setup, Nginx is better in my tests below.

I have used Redis object cache and WP Rocket with the same settings on both tests.

Remember... you are using redis as cache and litespeed not.

If you use any of this CMS please use LiteSpeed Cache and then do the tests again
