What is the BIGGEST CPA Network to date and....

What is the BIGGEST CPA Network to date with the most offers (mainly email submit)? Because I've been accepted to quite a few others, but they only have 40-50 offers max, and usually all in one niche. I've got a killer CPA Email Submit promotion strat, but the networks I'm with don't register when a person signs up, I.E. scraping.

according to offervault Peerfly has 400+ different email submits atm and 2,200+ offers total, it's one of the biggest if not the biggest network when it comes to email submits and it's well known since long time

w/ email submits you'll experience scrubbing w/ all the networks, some more, some less, but there's no exception, it's not a network specific issue, it's just the nature of the email submits, the advertisers need to adjust the EPC or else it wouldn't be profitable for them
