What is the best working fake traffic generator?

There are a few on BHW but some of them have trojans and others don't actually work.

I'm trying to increase views on articles.

Edit: if it actually works I'd be willing to pay, definitely.

I use charon (proxy checker) and set the site to check against as the site I want to send fake traffic too
