What is the best workflow for Instagram account optimization?

After all the updates I want to double the number of slave accounts per client. Going from a minimum of 10 to 20 to ensure some growth. My flow is usually:

- Buy aged 2020 accounts with gmail and some fake followers
- Log in from phone and account optimization
- Add device number to each account
- Repost strategy

Doing this with 20/40 accounts manually can be crazy. I had thought about VAs for this, but do you think there is a way to optimize it better without harming the quality of the accounts?

You can manage many fB ads accounts with same proxies or use differ proxies for account warming and secure from suspend.

Its very hard that someone will tell you their exact workflow, what you are asking for is a $$$ advice.
