If you have a budget of 1k for a theme
get a custom built lightweight CMS theme that isn't built on wordpress.

If you want wordpress as your CMS, get generatepress and someone to customize the shit outta it

@GoTester, I suggest that you check the demo websites of premium WP theme creators first. You might find something that interests you. That's what I personally do when searching for a WP theme that matches my industry.

Hi, My advice would be to not to spend that amount in a theme. Buy generatepress and use generateblocks, with generatepress it is easy to customize your theme and keeping it light. Once your website brings tons of cash then yes spend a nice amount on the theme

There are literally hundreds of ready-made websites, templates, and blocks available on the web for WordPress and, especially, for elementor so you can literally build whatever you want.

Even if you´re a complete beginner when it comes to WordPress and/or Elementor and on building websites in general it will only take you a couple of days to build something from scratch thanks to hundreds of 1 and even 2 hour long tutorials on YouTube when you literally get taken from your hand and show you a step by step process as to how to build a fully functional, and professional looking website.
