All in One Migration is my pick, simple to use, straight to the point, a good one in my experience
 
All in One Migration is an excellent choice, but its free version is limited. To backup and restore a large website, you'll need the premium version.
Alternatively, you can try Updraft Plus, which offers more features in its free version.
 
As everyone said, All in One Migration will do the job without issues
 
+1 for UpdraftPlus. I love this plugin. Haven't used anything else for a couple of years now.
 
I'd say All In One Migration because it is very, very good. But they recently changed their EULA.
They now allow their paid license to be used only on sites that you own, and each client website needs their own license.
 
Updraft plus free version offers sufficient features for backup and migration. You can even do cloud backup to your G-drive with free version.
 
Honestly, I went down the rabbit hole with backup plugins a while back. Tried like 4 of them before realizing half were overkill for what I needed.

For me, UpdraftPlus was the easiest “set it and forget it” option — free version does the job and you can sync with Google Drive/Dropbox. I’m no tech wizard, but the restore process actually worked when I broke my site playing with a sketchy theme (don’t ask ).

If you want something super lightweight, BackWPup is also nice, but I found the UI a little clunky.

Curious though — anyone here using something outside the usual suspects? I feel like there’s always some hidden gem plugin I’ve never heard of.

I’ve been using BackWPup and it’s honestly been great! Super easy to set up, and I love that I can back up straight to Google Drive without any fuss.
