My friend owns a Painting and Flooring Company and I setup stuff like the website, company email etc up. And till now we got one client through the website. I also started sending out cold emails but no success yet and so I was wondering what the best way would be to get more potential clients? If someone has any ideas or experience in this kind of marketing I would love to hear.

Find local keywords on any SEO tool like Semrush that people in your area search for Painting and Flooring companies. Run ads on Google ads using the website for those keywords. Have a clear CTA with a form and phone number. You'll definitely get form submissions and calls!
