What is the best way to create multiple accounts for Twitter ?

Hello , Is there a software to create multiple accounts for Twitter ? will there be a ban if many accounts come from from only one IP ?

As far as i know 10 account per 1 ip is what other doing.
 
I know there is a program for this, but for the life of me can't remember the name at the moment. Hopefully someone else will post up with it so I can kick myself for not remembering ;)

How about after the accounts are created? What if I create them on a different IP Address but I have say 50 or 60 that I've logged onto from my single IP Address?
 
you can make different emails and then make each twitter account for each email, i think you are looking for a faster way though?
 
Honestly, just buy them. I paid $18 for 100 accounts. I couldn't make them myself for $0.18.
 
If you just want a basic creator take a look at my sig - I knocked one up quick to make the accounts, feel free to use it!
 
The best way is to code your own. Proxy use is a must if you want lots of accounts and decaptcha service is recommended.
 
I don't know about any such software but if you signup multiple twitter accounts per ip, twitter is going to ban all your accounts simultaneously.
